Shipping Terms

Orders ship within 1-2 working days. Please allow up to one week for delivery, but this depends on the destination, and some remote locations may take longer. When purchasing a subscription, your second month’s supply will automatically ship three to four weeks after you receive your first order. Subsequent shipments will arrive about a month apart.

Your order will be picked, packed, and delivered by Amazon.


Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to provide a cancellation. You will be required to initiate a return upon receiving the order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you have provided fraudulent credit card information, if your method of payment is declined, if you have provided false or incomplete personal information, or if the product you have ordered is not available at the time.


Returns and Refunds

We believe in our product and offer a 100% money-back guarantee to our customers. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your results after 8 weeks, please contact us for next steps. The Money Back Guarantee program is available for purchases made at London Drugs, Amazon.ca, and PreCardix.ca. Please keep your receipt for purchases at London Drugs. For returns outside of our Money Back Guarantee Program, Marealis Health must be notified via email at support@precardix.ca within 60 days of placing an order. To receive a full refund, you will need to provide proof of purchase and reason for the return, along with the unopened product. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or missing details (such as a building or suite number), shipping and handling fees will apply. Refunds will be issued after the product is returned to us.

To initiate a return online, please login and visit your account page. On your account page, click the “My Orders” option. Select the “Return Item” option on the order you wish to make a return for and follow the steps.
