PreCardix.com (hereby referred to as the PreCardix^® website) is the online retail store of the natural health product PreCardix^®.
Be aware that the following terms and conditions of use apply to all pages of the PreCardix^® website. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice at any time. Users of this page are therefore recommended to familiarize themselves with this information frequently. By visiting, browsing, ordering, accessing or in any other way using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Terms of subscription

PreCardix^® is only available for purchase to residents in Canada. When you purchase a subscription from the PreCardix^® website, you automatically sign up for a monthly subscription. By purchasing this product, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your subscription will be automatically extended until you cancel your subscription. The subscription date will be automatically set to the date of your first purchase. The subscription date can be changed when logging into your PreCardix^® account or by sending us an email on support@precardix.ca. When purchasing a single order, you will only be charged once, for the number of orders that you choose to purchase.

Pausing and canceling your subscription

If, for any reason you would like to cancel your subscription please contact us one week before your billing date. Your billing date will be clearly noted on your order confirmation form. Please save this information for future reference.

My account settings

When purchasing a subscription on the PreCardix^® website, you will need to register a personal account. When you set up an account on the PreCardix^® website you are required to provide us with your correct personal information. Providing false details or another person’s detail as your own is not acceptable and will be seen as a violation of this site’s Terms and Conditions. By using the PreCardix^® website service you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. PreCardix^® is a natural health product for adults over the age of 18 and will not be sold to people under this age limit. PreCardix^® reserves the right to refuse service and terminate accounts for people under the age of 18.

Prices & tax

The prices displayed on the PreCardix^® website are listed in Canadian dollars. All prices on the PreCardix^® website are subject to change without further notice, and prices displayed on the PreCardix^® website are only valid online at the time they are displayed. The GST, PST, HST & QST that applies to your province are included in the price. Government sales tax and provincial sales tax are subject to change without notification to users of the PreCardix^® website.

Payment

Marealis Health uses the 3rd party payment platform, Stripe, the Stripe API and in conjunction your Stripe account to process your payments. By using the Stripe Check Out you agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms of Service. You are responsible for all transactions processed through this 3rd party service. Marealis Health is not liable for loss or damage from errors or invalid transactions processed through your Stripe account. Terms of payment are within Marealis Health’s sole discretion.
All transaction information passed between Marealis Health and Stripe’s systems is encrypted and no cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted.

Shipping terms

Within two working days, your first month’s supply of PreCardix^® will be sent to your home address. Shipping in Ontario normally takes up to a week. Shipping outside of Ontario may take a little longer – up to three weeks, depending on location. When purchasing a subscription, you will receive your second month’s supply automatically three to four weeks after receiving your first, and your third about a month after this, and so on.
Your order will be picked packed and shipped from Mississauga Ontario by Amazon. Delivery times noted above are not guaranteed, as weather and mail volume can affect delivery.

Order cancellations

Once an order is placed we are unable to provide a cancellation and you will be required to initiate a return upon receiving the order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if you have provided fraudulent credit card information, if your method of payment is declined, or if you have provided false or incomplete personal information, or if the product you have ordered is not available at the time.

Return and refund

We believe in our product, and offer a 100% money back guarantee to our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your results after 8 weeks, please contact us for next steps. The Money Back Guarantee program is available for purchases at London Drugs (please make sure to keep your receipt), Amazon.ca and PreCardix.com. If an item is to be returned, Marealis Health needs to be notified via email support@precardix.ca within 60 days after placing an order. In order to get a full refund, you’ll need to fill out a one-page form where we ask why you want to return the product, what expectations were not fulfilled, etc. The product packaging must be returned within 7 days after completing the refund request form. Shipping charges must be covered by the customer.
If the item is returned because of our error, we will cover the return shipping costs. Items must be unopened and in the original packaging to be returned. If a shipment is returned due to entering an incorrect address or oversight in not including a building or suite number, shipping & handling fees will apply. The money will be refunded after we receive the product in return.

In the event that your account has been terminated or suspended, you will not be able to access www.precardix.ca. If you are terminated or suspended while awaiting an order, we reserve the right to cancel your order. Upon cancellation, a refund may be issued to the payment method used when making the purchase.
