As a 36-year-old mother of three, I never expected to have worry about my blood pressure. I have always considered myself to be healthy, and I did not have any major risk factors for blood pressure issues. However, after checking my blood pressure randomly one day, I realized that it was dangerously high.
My Journey to Healthy Blood Pressure
I had no idea that I was living with unhealthy blood pressure levels, and that could have serious and potentially life-threatening consequences. It wasn’t until I spoke with my doctor that I learned that the cause was likely preeclampsia during my pregnancy many years prior.
Preeclampsia is a condition that can occur during pregnancy, and it’s characterized by unhealthy blood pressure levels and damage to organs, such as the kidneys or liver. I had experienced pre-eclampsia during my second pregnancy, but I had no idea that it could have long-term effects on my health. It wasn’t until years later that I began to experience symptoms like headaches and fatigue.
I am grateful that I found out about my blood pressure concerns when I did. I started taking PreCardix® in combination with continuing with healthy eating and staying active. My blood pressure numbers have been fantastic, and I have no more headaches or dizzy spells.
I hope that my story can serve as a reminder to others that it is important to take care of your health and to be proactive about seeking medical care when you need it. You never know what may be going on beneath the surface, and it is always better to be safe than sorry.
I have learned that taking care of your health is a lifelong process, and that it is never too late to start. I hope that by sharing my story, I can raise awareness about the risks of preeclampsia and help other women who may be struggling with blood pressure control or other health issues.
At the age of 36, it was shocking to learn that I had been living with a condition that, if left untreated, could lead to serious health consequences.
I am grateful for the wake-up call it provided. By taking control of my health, I can live a more vibrant, fulfilling life, and I am committed to raising awareness about the importance of regular check-ups and managing chronic conditions like elevated blood pressure.
It’s recommended that PreCardix® be taken daily before noon, a few hours before or after other medications, natural health products, or food, including all caffeinated beverages! This is consistent with how it was studied in the peer-reviewed clinical trials where 1200 mg (2 tablets of PreCardix® taken together) of bioactive marine peptides showed a statistically significant effect on blood pressure health.
To learn more about PreCardix®, refer to the product information and directions, and feel free to also share the product monograph with your healthcare provider.
